Raye founded Raye's Mustard Mill in Eastport, the coast of Maine bristled with canneries, wharfs and schooners. For most of the 20th Century, Raye's Mustard supplied those canneries with mustard for packing their products. Now only one brand offers the distinctive flavor and rich heritage of herring packed in Raye's stone-ground mustard sauce - Bar Harbor Wild Herring Filets.
